Applications can use the OpenSearch API for full-text search and data analysis. OpenSearch Dashboards provides a way to explore indexed data and create visualizations.

SysEleven operates and updates the OpenSearch service within the agreed scope. Monitoring covers service availability, cluster health, and the status of shards and replicas.
Backup and recovery
The managed service includes daily automated backups. Restore support is available through SysEleven.
Your responsibilities
You configure indices, mappings, and dashboards for your use case. You also decide how your applications send data to OpenSearch and use its search results.
