Redis-HA

Redis-HA provides a highly available Redis environment for applications that need fast access to data. Typical uses include caching, session storage, and short-lived application state.

What does Redis-HA do?

Redis stores data in memory for fast read and write access. Redis-HA uses replicating nodes and a highly available connection to help applications continue using the service if a component fails.

Why Managed by SysEleven?

SysEleven operates the Redis instances and their high-availability mechanisms within the agreed service scope. Monitoring covers service availability, replication, memory usage, and connections.

Backup considerations

High availability does not replace a data backup. Persistent volume data is not included in the standard Velero backup. An additional Velero volume backup for Redis can be arranged separately.

Your responsibilities

You decide what your applications store in Redis and manage cache strategies, key structures, expiration times (TTLs), and application connections.
