What data is collected and provided by the service?
Our Observability collects and provides metrics and logs centrally. Access is via the provided Mimir and Loki APIs.
How long is the data retained by default?
By default, the service retains metrics for 6 months and logs for 1 month.
Can I delete data or adjust the retention period?
Yes. Data deletion and retention changes are pre-authorized service requests that the Service Desk handles.
How is access to the data secured?
Access uses encrypted connections. The service restricts access to write and read operations, so accidental data deletion by users is impossible.
