This guide will walk you through the initial steps of setting up and using IAM.

1. Sign Up and Create an Organization

1. Sign up for a Cloud account and create your organization. For detailed instructions, see our Get Access guide.
2. After you complete the contract signing process, your organization activates automatically.

2. Create a Project

After your organization activates, you can create a project.

3. Start Using Cloud Resources

After creating a project, you can start provisioning and managing cloud resources. For example, to create a simple server:

1. Create a network and subnet for your server.
2. Generate or import an SSH key.
3. Provision a server, attaching it to your network and SSH key.
4. Optionally, associate a floating IP for external access.
