Provisioned Observability
We offer metrics and logs of our 'as a service' products through a feature called Provisioned Observability. The following table gives an overview which services are supported:

Concepts
Provisioned Observability is implemented through a second observability tenant with readonly access. This tenant holds all metrics and logs injected by SysEleven services.
Usage
We provide separate endpoints for provisioned metrics:

Authentication and authorization is handled with the same permissions scope (Observability - *) on
API keys and service account tokens as for your "normal" observability tenants.
Alerting
Alerts on provisioned observability data can be configured.
